Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and certain Debit Cards are accepted by VCampus. You can use any payment method to pay for a particular course. You may be needed to provide your credit or debit card details to the authorised payment gateways while making a payment in some circumstances, particularly with relation to specific products/services. In this case, you agree to give correct and accurate credit/debit card information to the authorised payment gateways in order to use the services available on the Website. You shall not use any credit/ debit card that is not lawfully owned by you, i.e., you must use your own credit/ debit card to make payments. The information that you shared with us will not be used or shared with any third parties unless needed for fraud verifications or by law.
You will be solely liable for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your credit/debit card information. VCampus explicitly denies any and all liability arising from any unauthorised use of your credit/ debit card. Who are you buying from? VCampus is the online education platform that provides the training. When you buy a particular course, VCampus will be carrying out all the transactions and collect payments for itself.
After submitting the payment for a particular course, if you do not receive a confirmation email, or if you receive an error message or service interruption, it is your responsibility to confirm whether or not your order has been placed by contacting the Customer Service Department. Any issues that arise throughout the purchase procedure may only be known to you. If you assume that an order was not placed because you did not receive any confirmation email, VCampus will not be liable for any losses (monetary or otherwise).
Cancellation Policy: For some reasons, VCampus might not be able to accept some purchase orders and thus it needs to cancel them. VCampus has the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at its sole discretion. Non-availability of the course, non-availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by VCampus’s credit and fraud avoidance department are all examples of situations in which your order may be cancelled. Before receiving any purchase order, VCampus may request additional verifications or details. VCampus will contact you, if all or part of your purchase order is cancelled, or if additional information is needed to accept your order.
Refund Policy: If you cancel your order after it has been charged from your credit card, the amount will be refunded to you on your credit card account. In the event that either the customer or VCampus cancels an order, a promo code will not be refunded. In the event that an order cancellation request is made by the customer, VCampus reserves the right to accept or reject the order cancellation request for any reason. VCampus will be unable to cancel the purchase orders that have already been processed. VCampus reserves the right to take decision whether a purchase order has been handled or not. In this regards, you agree that you will not show any disagreement on the decision taken by VCampus and accepts the decision of VCampus regarding the cancellation of any purchase.
Do note that once you pay the course fee, it will not be refunded under any circumstance.
On regular practice, if VCampus receives a cancellation notice and the order is yet to be processed/ approved by VCampus then you can get the entire payment that you have made within a reasonable period of time. As per certain criteria, if the purchase order you have placed is classified as ‘Bulk Order’ then VCampus reserves the right to cancel it. Mind it, any cash or Promo code used for placing the ‘Bulk Order’ will not be refunded by VCampus as per this Cancellation Policy.
